Job description

Our client specializes in the Dentistry Industry. They utilize the latest technology in dentistry in order to provide convenience and efficiency for their patients. Due to expansion, they are looking for a HR Executive to join their team to support their growing business.

Job Description:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
  2. Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, grievances, and concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  3. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Overseeing payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  5. Training and Development: Coordinating training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff.

Job Requirements:

  1. HR qualifications at the Diploma or Bachelor's level.
  2. At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in SMEs or mid-sized regional companies.
  3. Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to handle all aspects of HR matters.
  5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
  6. Possess a positive attitude.
  7. Resourceful, versatile, flexible, and adaptive to changes.
  8. Ability to manage priorities and multitask well in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to do what it takes.
  10. Good teamwork spirit and able to work well independently.

Additional Information:

  • 5 days work week/ Hybrid working arrangements.
  • Working location: Kovan. Nearest MRT: Kovan.
  • Salary range: $3200-$4000.
