Income Insurance Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services professional in Singapore. The successful candidate will liaise with business stakeholders, maintain employee records, manage immigration matters, and support HR projects in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR operations.
At Income, our HR Shared Services (HRS) team is a dedicated, skilled professional who uses technology and a strategic approach to deliver consistent, high-quality HR-related services to our customers. You will report to the HR Services Lead and work closely with the HR Team to support HR operational services and projects.
Responsibilities
Partner with business and internal stakeholders to support changes in business operations
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS Systems (creation, update, verification of data, maintenance)
Prepare HR letters, documents, reports, and conduct employment verification checks.
Manage immigration and high volume of work pass matters (applications, renewals, cancellations)
Oversees the benefits administration and manages internal escalations
Respond to employees’ queries on HR matters and escalate as required
Responsible for the movement and confidential handling of employees’ digital personnel files
Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing and deployment activities
Works closely with payroll for reporting, such as government claims
Support HR audits and compliance activities
Support other HR activities and projects
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Preferably 5 years in a relevant HR Shared Services role in the Insurance industry
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as the Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation
Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an advantage
Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and can interact and communicate with all levels of staff
Self-motivated, independent, resourceful and meticulous
Highly organised, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
