A renowned recruitment agency is seeking an HR support professional in Singapore. The role involves handling recruitment processes, staff orientation, payroll management, and event organization. Ideal candidates will have a minimum diploma in HR/business and 4 years of relevant experience, ready to start immediately.
Support recruitment by working with agencies and hiring managers, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, arranging interviews, and maintaining records
Plan and attend career fairs and recruitment events
Handle work pass applications, job offers and coordinating onboarding
Assist with staff orientation and maintain records for new and resigned employees
Update leave, personnel, and payroll records; assist in payroll processing
Manage clearance process for exiting staff
Compile and verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime
Help organize company events and support staff medical benefits
Any other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Business/Human Resource or related
Min 4 years experience in relevant field
Location: Bendemeer
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
Salary: Up to $3700
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
