Job summary

This role will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including HR Support, HR Admin, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compliance, and other relevant areas.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience within FMCG, F&B, or Retail industry
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, labour laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Able to take initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters discreetly
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Experience in CPF, Levy, income tax (IRAS), and leave/benefits administration
  • Support in recruitment and training coordination
  • Onboarding of new hires
  • Application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
  • Creating and updating HR policies
  • Overseeing employee termination processes
  • Counseling employees as needed
  • Conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for resignation or termination
  • Maintaining employee attendance records
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
