HR Executive to execute smoothly onboarding, off-boarding and employee life cycle for the business units
Works with stakeholders to recommend an appropriate manning level, ensuring effective utilisation of manpower
Conduct interviews and ensure best fit candidates are selected, and make recommendations to stakeholders
Drives employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
Ensure HR practices comply with local laws and regulations
Administers HR policies and procedures within the Hotel
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ data
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the management
Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster.
Verify the claim of overtime hours and night shift allowance
Prepare the payroll for payout on a monthly basis
Submission of the foreign workers' income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
Process employee resignation (tax clearance and salary release)
Requirements Due to the Singapore government's foreign worker work pass quota restriction, we regret that only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Ideally, with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in personnel-related functions. Have strong planning and people management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates. Good team player capable of developing win-win solutions across departmental lines. Must be proactive. Willing to learn and upgrade in position role. Ad-hoc work is required from time to time.
