A leading company is seeking an HR and Administration officer to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and office management. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to HR functions. Ideal candidates should be independent and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Hybrid work arrangements and various employee benefits will be provided.
Reporting to: Head of Finance
Human Resource
Responsible for the recruitment of local and international staff, as well as coordinating interviews across various offices
Conducting yearly reviews for all employees with their relevant supervisors and directors
Preparing employment contracts and updating the company employee handbook/SOPs
Managing staff onboarding and offboarding processes
Leading and managing the company's yearly teambuilding and anniversary dinner events
Collaborating with Department Managers on HR career development initiatives and assisting with career development
Assisting Directors/Team Leaders in arranging and preparing monthly employee engagement activities and team bonding events
Applying for and processing employment passes
Maintaining and updating all employee personal files and next of kin details
Coordinating with relevant government agencies for SME grants
Overseeing employee welfare and benefits
Managing staff attendance reports
Compiling lists of vendor codes, login IDs, passwords and corporate phone lines
Booking flights for staff
Handling other ad hoc HR-related matters
Administration
Managing the company's insurance renewals, staff insurance, and director insurance
Overseeing office maintenance, relocations, renovations including sourcing and liaising with suppliers and contractors
Managing the estate including liaising with the landlord, tenants, building management and property agents
Consolidating daily and monthly call reports for the Sales Team
Registering vendors
Responsible for Singapore office administrative matters like stationery and pantry orders
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in office administration and HR
Independent and willing to take on challenges
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Able to commence work within short notice
Open only to Singaporeans or P.R holders
