This role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR documentation. You will be a key point of contact for employee queries and play a vital role in fostering a healthy workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and physical files.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and support internal audits as needed.

Qualifications
