Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all work pass-related matters including applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation such as letters of appointment, confirmation, termination, warning, and salary revisions.
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely monthly submissions.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle tax clearance processes for foreign employees and manage the timely submission of IR8A and other relevant tax forms.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly project schedules and generate HR reports for management.
  • Actively support talent acquisition by drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain, monitor, and approve employee leave records; ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system.
  • Manage and submit government claims such as NS, maternity, paternity, and childcare leave.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and ensure effective employee upskilling.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, contributing to smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are current and compliant with Singapore’s Employment Act, CPF guidelines, and other statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a generalist HR role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and MOM guidelines is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRM system (e.g., Infotech) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
