Job Description
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless human resource operations by integrating HR Business Partnering with essential transactional processes. This position is instrumental in maintaining HR efficiency, supporting business objectives, and driving a positive employee experience.
1. HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and organization development strategies.
- Support change management efforts to drive business goals.
- Address HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including new hire orientation and briefing for corporate level.
2. HRIS & Attendance Management:
- Experienced in Success Factors is an added advantage.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records.
- Generate HR analytics and reports to assist decision-making.
- Lead in attendance management and timekeeping systems.
3. Mobility & Employee Movements
- Coordinate relocation & expatriate assignments.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for internal transfers, new hires and documentation.
4. Transactional HR:
- Support and ensure applicable information such as employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation are available and accurately updated.
- Support in work pass applications when needed.
- Generate HR report to assist decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
5. Projects & Ad Hoc Duties:
- Lead or support HR projects such as process improvements, HR transformation, and policy reviews.
- Assist in audits, compliance reviews, HR reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members in activities supporting HR’s success.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required to support the HR function.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Have worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with exposure to HRBP, HRIS, or transactional HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
