Job summary

A security solutions company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage employee lifecycle processes and maintain HR functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of HR experience and a diploma in HR. Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partners to internal and external stakeholders, in managing employee life cycle including employee grievances, enquiries, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain and manage accurate HR database and participate in in audits when required
  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Liaison with operations team on employee request and enquiries
  • Assist and implement new ideas with onboarding and offboarding employee process to ensure positive employee experience
  • Preparation of HR documentations which includes but not limited to letter of employment, transfer letters etc
  • Carry out day-to-day operations of the HR functions including updating of employee records into HRM System, Insurance system etc
  • Preparation of regulatory survey and audits
  • Manage, monitor and updates the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) portal per requirements in relations to employee's security license.
  • Processing of weekly timsheet for salary payment purpose
  • Ensure all work injuries are documented, follow-up and notify to authorities and liaison with insurance for payments
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience across of all aspects of HR functions
  • Minimum diploma graduate with specialization in HR preferred
  • Able to work pro-actively and independently with guidance, and to be vocal as well
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, preferably with experience working in Facilities, Security or Healthcare industry
  • Has extensive experience handling conflict resolution, regulatory compliance and documentation
  • Has interest in scalability and HR Technology including data analytics and software
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to deal with external and internal stakeholders
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task, can handle high-pressure situations, and is committed to helping to scale successfully while maintaining a positive work culture.
