A leading poultry processing company in Singapore seeks an HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR functions, assist in policy development, and coordinate training programs. You will liaise with management on strategic HR planning and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards. Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management)
Assist in policy development and enforcement
Liaise with management on strategic HR planning
Coordinate training & development programs
May supervise junior HR/admin staff
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards
