About the role

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD' is seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team in City Hall Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our growing organisation. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our employees have an exceptional experience and that our HR practices are aligned with our strategic business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding

• Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture

• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed

• Provide support in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

• Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications

• Passionate about providing a positive employee experience and contributing to the overall success of the organization

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
