Job summary

A leading company in construction engineering is looking for an HR Manager to support the HR department and manage various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in HRM, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in the F&B or Retail sector, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of human resource experience in F&B/Retail.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Independent team player with strong communication skills.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Director to oversee the HR Department and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Assist in payroll related matters.
  • Administer the recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, grievance, and off -boarding processes accordingly.
  • Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR related matters.
  • Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed and to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Responsible for upholding of HR practices and policies to ensure compliance with legislation and adherence to all pertinent labor laws.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field
  • Min 3 – 5 years’ experience in human resource function in a similar capacity, preferably in F&B / Retail industry
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and practices
  • Independent, proactive, resourceful and strong team player with solid analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, TMS
