Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee workers and drivers monthly payroll processing inclusive of bank creation and pay slip generation.

  • Responsible for all Work Pass transaction such as application, renewals and cancellation.

  • In-charge of workers on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

  • Responsible for dormitory check in/out, room arrangement, liaising with dorm operators.

  • Submission of IR21 for workers when necessary.

  • Create and upkeep employees’ P-files.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in preparing reports as required.

  • Employee training registration and renewal (Core trade Application/Renewal, WSH Application/Renewal, SP Contractor Portal Application/Renewal, etc.).

  • Manage daily HR operations, such as record maintenance and filing.

  • Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax.

  • Support in general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experiences, preferred in Construction Industry.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and administrative duties.

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
