A leading company in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR professional to manage subcontractor workforce and work pass operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and supporting HR administrative tasks, requiring strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of employment regulations.
Subcontractor Workforce Management:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR database.
Assist in payroll processing for subcontractor personnel, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursements.
Provide guidance on employee-related matters, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
Work Pass Management for Directly Hired Foreign Workers:
Handle the renewal, and cancellation of work passes in compliance with MOM regulations.
Ensure timely renewals and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
Handle other relevant off-boarding matters such as termination of PCP and closing of p-file.
HR Administrative:
Process onboarded employees’ confirmation and medical portal registration.
Support HR administrative matters.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably with minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Experience handling work pass applications and renewals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
Ability to support regular administrative tasks.
