Job summary

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • IR8 / IR21
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
  • Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
  • Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
  • Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
  • Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
  • Any other HR & Account functions as assigned

Requirements:-

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees. Can use translation app but in a proper documents
  • Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • 5 days’ work in office.
