About the role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive to join our team. Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing a full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations, ensuring seamless manpower deployment across multiple sites. As a key HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with operational teams to provide timely HR solutions, while also managing payroll and administrative responsibilities for a subsidiary entity.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for site and office-based roles, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews with Business Unit Heads, and facilitating manpower deployment across multiple properties.

  • Prepare and maintain all employment-related documents such as employment contracts, personnel files, onboarding/offboarding formalities, staff orientation, and foreign worker passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Attend regular meetings with departmental managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements specific to the job openings.

  • Administer monthly payroll and employee benefits for a subsidiary company with a lean headcount, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Manage payroll processes accurately and on time, including CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and other relevant government claims for the subsidiary.

  • Support HR operations across multiple property sites and provide guidance to site supervisors and administrative staff on HR policies and procedures.

  • Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Singaporean/SPR only

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR operations within the property management or facilities management sector.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS software, preferably Infotech will be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Good team player, proactive and detail-oriented

  • A strong team player with a service-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting operational teams.
