About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to oversee office operations while handling essential human resource functions.

What you'll be doing

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews and selection

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievance, disciplinary actions and conflicts resolution in with company policies

  • Organize employee engagement activities such as company events, team building sessions and wellness programs

  • Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee morale and retention

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring in salary computation, allowances and statutory contributions

  • Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave management

  • Process expense claims and allowances in compliance with company policies

HR Compliance & Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws including MOM guidelines, CPF contributions and work pass applications

  • Develop, implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and business objectives

Performance Management & Training

  • Track and facilitate performance appraisals, ensuring constructive feedback and career development planning

  • Identify training and development needs, coordinating relevant learning programs for employees

  • Support succession planning and workforce planning efforts
