Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join their team on a 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Highlights:

  • Immediate Hiring (Mid-May)
  • Location: Alexandra
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
  • Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Review employee personnel files to ensure all necessary documents are present and correctly filed.
  • Organize and categorize documents within each personnel file according to established HR protocols.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in the personnel files.
  • Assist in archiving and digitizing personnel files as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records and information.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the clean-up project is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to commit for at least 2 months
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
