We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist with performance appraisal cycles and provide support in employee development initiatives.

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.

  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support on HR matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HR-related role.
