A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage onboarding, payroll, and compliance processes. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates should possess at least a diploma in Human Resources and have relevant experience in HR operations. Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Lead end-to-end onboarding, including conductinginduction sessionsto align new hires with company policies, culture, and systems.
Manageoffboarding processes
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Processmonthly payrollfor Singapore and Malaysia employees, ensuring accuracy in OT, allowances, and deductions.
Handle statutory submissions:
Singapore:CPF, SDL, tax (IR8A, IR21), and levy payments.
Malaysia:EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB deductions.
Administerclaims(maternity/paternity, childcare, WICA, hospitalization, and accident insurance).
Work Pass & Compliance
Managework pass applications(WP/SP/EP), renewals, cancellations, and tax clearances (IR21).
Ensure compliance withMOM labour lawsand internal policies.
Training & Development
Coordinate thefull training cycle
Renew and filetraining certifications
Talent Acquisition
Blue-collar recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Welfare
Administerinsurance programs(WICA, hospitalization, surgical, and group accident plans).
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in HR, with exposure to payroll, recruitment, and work pass administration.
Proficiency inTimesoft HR system(preferred) or similar HRIS.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Singapore labor laws (e.g., Employment Act, MOM regulations).
Knowledge ofMalaysia’s labor laws(optional, but useful for MY payroll).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
