A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Officer to oversee the recruitment process, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, from managing staff benefits to preparing essential HR reports in an administrative role.
• Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
• Maintain & updating staff personal file;
• Preparation of Monthly HR Reports;
• Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
• Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc);
• Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass;
• Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
• Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
• Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
• Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
• General HR function and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned.
