Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive company culture.
  • Provide HR support to staff on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for HR metrics and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
