Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR functions including recruitment, Payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR records management. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and comply with employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and support recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews).
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including contract preparation, orientation, and documentation.
  • Employee Records & Administration: Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company policy and legal regulations.
  • Process employment letters, confirmations, and other HR-related documents.
  • Payroll & Attendance Support: Assist in preparing payroll data (attendance, overtime, leave records).
  • Coordinate with the Finance department on salary payments and deductions.
  • Training & Development: Support coordination of training programs and monitor completion.
  • Maintain training records and staff development plans.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software. eg, Info-tech/ Quick HR
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary range: $2300 - $3000
