A leading HR administration firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to manage work passes, maintain employee records, and prepare necessary HR documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employment law and at least 3 years of HR experience, along with proficiency in MS Excel. This role involves coordinating HR matters between job sites and head office, providing crucial administrative support.
Administer the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes, and other relevant work passes in compliance with MOM guidelines
Maintain and update employee records
Prepare necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary actions, promotions, etc.
Responsible for the documentation of new hires training records
Co-ordinate HR matters between jobsites and Head Office
Generate monthly reports
Provide other administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Maintain and manage office supplies, stationery
Handle company correspondence, incoming emails
Perform any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Higher Nitec with a related HR certification
At least 3 years HR working experience
Strong knowledge on Singapore’s employment law, MOM regulations and Work Pass processes.
Knowledge of EPE will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel and Vlookup, Pivot Table functions
Independent, Initiative with a pleasant disposition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
