Job Role
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support departmental objectives.
- Source and attract top-tier talent using diverse recruitment channels; oversee their seamless onboarding.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from drafting offer letters to handling offboarding.
- Maintain compliance with local labour laws, overseeing work pass applications and renewals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Handle and resolve employee relations matters and address grievances professionally.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
- Support, coordinate, and execute training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and skills development for the EC sector.
Pre-requisites
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore Employment Law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of both independent work and teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using computer systems.
- Prior experience with Info-Tech software would be advantageous.
