Job description

Job Role
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support departmental objectives.
  • Source and attract top-tier talent using diverse recruitment channels; oversee their seamless onboarding.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from drafting offer letters to handling offboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with local labour laws, overseeing work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve employee relations matters and address grievances professionally.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Support, coordinate, and execute training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and skills development for the EC sector.
Pre-requisites
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
  • In-depth understanding of Singapore Employment Law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of both independent work and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech software would be advantageous.
