Job summary

A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HRM, at least 2 years of experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, maintaining employee records, and managing employee welfare programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the HR field, preferably in larger companies.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Meticulous and responsible with a positive attitude towards challenges.

Job description

Duties:

· Establish strong working partnerships with different Business Units by providing first line support in all HR related matters

· Ensure compliance to Company/HR practices, policies, procedures and statutory requirements

· Ensure smooth implementation and administration of employee welfare and benefits in accordance to Company policies

· Maintain and update employee records in Company’s HRIS and P-files with accuracy and timeliness

· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process

· Posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews

· Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company

· Learning & Development + Training

· Manage leave applications and related documentation

· Support and manage employee relations and communication process

· Complete government related surveys and provide support during all audits

· Process and submit government claims

· Handle work pass applications and renewals

· Ensure accuracy of data submitted for payroll computation/administration

· Assist in quarterly billings

· Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents

· Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company

· Other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum a Diploma in HRM or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years experience in HR field (preferably in companies with more than 150 headcount)

· Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

· Meticulous and responsible with a positive attitude towards challenges

· Possess strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision

· Proficient with Microsoft office
