Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Account and HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will encompass handling the accounting and HR needs of various related companies within our group.

  • Handle daily accounting data entry and book keeping.
  • Responsible for the daily sales, debtor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliation, GST preparation and submission, cashflow projection and processing of payment documents.
  • Preparation of invoices and follow up with client on payment of invoices
  • Preparation of monthly billing statement for division head input and consolidate these inputs for billing
  • Documentations and maintaining financial records
  • Verification of all supplier's and vendor's invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents
  • Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.
  • Responsible for month-end closing of related companies and year-end closing.
  • Preparation of full set of account when required
  • Preparing monthly management update
  • Preparation of quarterly GST and submission
  • Liaising with external accountants for preparation of Annual Report and Audit
  • Manage recruitment including but not limited to preparation of JD, posting of job advertisements, arrangement of interviewers, preparation of employment contract and onboarding
  • Manage staff leave application and claims
  • Application and renewal of work permits
  • Filing of employee income tax form - IR8A
  • Preparing monthly payroll
  • Preparing and calculating construction workers monthly salary
  • Experience in solving work injury problems.
  • Liaise with MOM officer
  • Familiar and Knowledge of employment law.
  • Handle various applications to MOM, BCA, Bizsafe, update and renewal.
  • Handle work injury case
  • Handle company certificate(BCA/SLOTS.BIZSAFE)

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related qualification
  • Familiar with Quickbook Desktop is an advantage
  • High proficiency in MS Office Applications and MYOB software.
  • Must familiar how to solve work injury problems and MOM case.
  • Must have construction sector exprience.
