Job description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for both academic and non-academic staff, including international hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks and contract preparation documentation where applicable.
  • Plan and facilitate onboarding programs to help new staff integrate into the organisation’s culture and practices.

HR Operations & Records

  • Maintain and update staff records including contracts, personal files, and leave tracking in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Monitor contract renewals, probationary periods, and visa expiry dates.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and reports.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work culture.
  • Assist in managing staff welfare, engagement programs, and feedback channels.
  • Support in handling disciplinary issues and conflict resolution, in line with organisation policy and local labor laws.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, child safeguarding standards, and organisation policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare documentation for audits, accreditations, and regulatory compliance.

Training & Development
