Job Description

We are actively seeking a high-impact HR Enterprise Solution Consultant to join the M2 Talents team, with a focus on enabling business growth and organizational effectiveness across revenue-generating and market-facing teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business objectives into actionable people strategies that fuel performance, engagement, and scalability.

As an HR Enterprise Solutions Consultant , your primary focus will be to generate new business leads, identify strategic opportunities, and secure partnerships with organisations in need of recruitment and HR solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth , building long-term client relationships, and positioning M2 Talents as a trusted HR partner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients across various sectors.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, industry needs, and partnership opportunities
  • Present and pitch M2 Talents’ recruitment and HR services to HR and business decision-makers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to deliver client requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements in line with company offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM or reporting tools

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in HR, recruitment, or staffing
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and the employment market in Singapore
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • An existing network in HR or business communities is an advantage
  • CEI certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
