Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking talented Software Engineers to build digital products that transform the employee experience across recruitment to career growth. You will work on cloud-native web apps and enterprise integrations, using agile methods to deliver a seamless employee experience.

We deploy AI-enabled tooling, emphasize user-centered design, and require strong CS fundamentals and hands-on web development with Spring Boot, React, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/SE/IS or related field.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with modern web app development.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web apps using AI coding tools.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write and maintain technical documentation (ADRs, RFCs).
• Build CI/CD pipelines and observability via logging and metrics.
• Participate in peer code reviews and engage with users.
• Share best practices and publish internal tech blogs.
