Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Be a strategic business partner to the Regional GM and the Country GMs in South East Asia to develop and align people strategies with the overall business goals of the region; driving results, growth and increasing organizational effectiveness
Partner with leadership in the sourcing of talents to build out organizational capability and stronger talent bench strength
Drive change management initiatives in supporting the evolving needs of the business
Support and coach leaders to drive employee engagement and a culture of inclusion and wellbeing
Implement annual HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, market benchmarking, talent identification, development, and succession planning
Through the use of data analysis, be able to generate insights and recommend solutions to improve performance
Drive and implement process improvements to increase operational HR efficiency and effectiveness
Will act on various operational aspects of the HR function that may include training, data reporting and analysis, compensation reviews, legal support, and employee relations
Specifically for Singapore, to provide HR support for the full employee life cycle
Skills and Qualifications
At least 15 years of relevant Human Resources experience in SEA countries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated experience as a HR Business Partner working closely with leadership teams.
Understanding of Employment Laws in South East Asia
Strong client focus and be able to effectively build relationships and establish trust, competence, and respect in a matrix organization
Hands-on; able to set priorities and execute commitments
Agile, resourceful, and able to work independently
