Provide oversight of all HR functions, including the review and monitoring of policies, processes, systems, and related initiatives.
Design and drive the execution of HR strategies and action plans to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Ensure HR initiatives and talent strategies are aligned with business objectives, supporting leadership and employee development, as well as succession planning for key and critical roles.
Partner with Business Unit leaders to maintain strategic alignment and consistency across all HR-related activities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, policy formulation, and key decision-making.
Monitor emerging trends and proactively recommend initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a strong, positive organizational culture.
Formulate new HR policies and/or update existing ones, along with related tools and processes, to remain agile and responsive to evolving business needs and work environments.
Lead change management initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring clear communication with employees and key stakeholders throughout the process.
Mentor and guide HR teams, setting a strong example and fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering a superior employee experience.
Job Requirements
Degree holder
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
