General Accountability:
The Human Resources Director is a key member of the executive management team, serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the Board on executive compensation and human capital strategies. This role is essential for providing leadership and implementing HR initiatives that align with company’s overall business goals, driving transformative change to maintain the company’s competitiveness and relevance in a dynamic business landscape.
This position requires a leader with strong credibility, professional integrity, and a passion for creating an exceptional workplace where talent thrives. Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will lead a global team of HR professionals and oversee critical functions such as talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and policy implementation for company’s headquarters and international offices.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Human Resources Director, you will:
Strategic Leadership:
· Drive cultural transformation and champion corporate values to foster a positive, innovative workplace.
· Align human capital strategies with company’s business objectives to support sustained growth.
· Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, promoting alignment of HR initiatives with corporate goals.
Operational Excellence:
· Lead and manage a global HR team across 11 countries in regions including Asia, North America, and Europe.
· Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, compensation, and compliance.
· Develop and implement robust policies, processes, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Build strong relationships with the Board, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
· Manage collective agreements, union relations, and ensure personnel compliance globally.
Employee-Centric Initiatives:
· Deliver exceptional HR services, emphasizing talent attraction, retention, and professional development.
· Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous growth.
