Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide strategic counsel.
  • Cultivate a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Will be considered for director role, depending on seniority
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
