Job description

  • Provideoversight of all HR functions, including the review and monitoring ofpolicies, processes, systems, and related initiatives.
  • Design anddrive the execution of HR strategies and action plans to attract, engage,and retain top talent.
  • Ensure HRinitiatives and talent strategies are aligned with business objectives,supporting leadership and employee development, as well as successionplanning for key and critical roles.
  • Partner withBusiness Unit leaders to maintain strategic alignment and consistencyacross all HR-related activities.
  • Serve as atrusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, contributing tostrategic planning, policy formulation, and key decision-making.
  • Monitoremerging trends and proactively recommend initiatives to enhance employeeengagement and foster a strong, positive organizational culture.
  • Formulate newHR policies and/or update existing ones, along with related tools andprocesses, to remain agile and responsive to evolving business needs andwork environments.
  • Lead changemanagement initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring clearcommunication with employees and key stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Mentor andguide HR teams, setting a strong example and fostering a high-performanceculture focused on delivering a superior employee experience.
