Job description


Job Scope

  • Conduct annual learning needs analysis exercises for the organization, including proposing and identifying training programs to support strategic needs and budget requirements for Corporate Learning, external/formal sponsorships, etc.
  • Track and monitor the learning and development budget and costs allocated.
  • Provide advice to departments on implementing their learning plans when required.
  • Prepare and manage sponsorships and bonds for external short courses, educational, and professional development programs when required.
  • Collaborate with HR Tech to generate learning reports for departments' review when required.
  • Review, develop, and implement learning and development policies, plans, systems (including LMS), processes, and programs to ensure they are practical, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work with management, business units, unions, and staff to provide consultancy, advice, resources, and services for talent training and development.
  • Review the effectiveness of training programs through system evaluations.
  • Oversee internship recruitment processes.
  • Support initiatives such as the annual Employee Engagement Survey, Staff Anti-Abuse Framework, Well-Being Activities, and other projects.

Requirements
