A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, demonstrating strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring alignment with company policies. This role offers a dynamic environment for impactful HR leadership.
Responsibilities:
Hire suitable talent through different recruitment channels;
Build a healthy pipeline of talent;
Ensure that recruitment activities and processes are robust and consistent with the organisation's policies and standards, while providing a meaningful candidate experience;
Review recruitment policies to ensure continual relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency;
Streamline work processes, taking into account best practices and organisational needs;
Oversee outreach programmes and initiatives to enhance the company's brand as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Preferably at least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong leadership track record in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Good business acumen and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
