Job description

To manage the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, including HR Planning and budgeting, Employee relations, recruitment and selection, Performance Management, Training and development, Work pass matters, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, offer letters, and package discussion.
  • Effective self-sourcing through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals, and networking.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for administering and managing MOM surveys, work passes, government grants and support schemes.
  • Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
  • Developing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs, as well as developing and managing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
  • Develop and execute Marcom strategies through various social media platforms and company website.
  • Write and create content for all publicity materials, collaborating with internal communications teams.

Qualifications & Experiences required:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Excellent copywriting/editing skills, meticulous and self-initiated team player.
  • Works independently with good time management skills.
  • Creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong oral and written communicator, excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Team player who can engage, develop, and motivate colleagues from different disciplines.
  • Positive and engaging personality.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Canvas, or Photoshop.
