A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee its HR processes and strategic initiatives. The role includes managing budgets, financial goals, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in HR and financial management along with a strong educational background.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in Financial Management and Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience within the HR function.
  • Prior experience within a supervisory role or with HRMS/payroll system is a plus.

Job description

Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $8,000

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Human Resources department to ensure HR processes is work according with local regulations and organization policies

  • Develop and spearhead strategic HR initiatives to drive continuous improvement at organization level

  • Responsible in managing organization manpower and HR departmental budget

  • Manage the Company's cash flow, cash projection and set action plans with Operational and Branch Leadership to support the financial goals and stability of the location

  • Ownership and control of the monthly closing process, including internal controls over Accounts Payable / Receivable and Treasury activities, managing receipts and payments to suppliers

  • Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, new customer or product launches and/or new service offerings within CTDI Singapore

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent professional qualification

  • Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent, is preferred

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in Financial Management and Accounting or at least 5 years of experience within the HR function

  • Prior experience within a supervisor role or with HRMS / payroll system is a plus

  • Audit experience and/or experience in dealing with foreign currency and foreign countries is preferred
