Information:
Salary range: U to $9,000 Basic + Transport Allowance
Company transport at Boon Lay (To Tuas South)
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Prepare Month-end closing & financial reporting to local & Corporate HQ in Japan.
Review financial/payroll/HR procedures and policies to identify process improvements.
Review and forecast cash flows and support business units on manufacturing cost.
Support Inventory Stocks Count/Employee Costing Payroll & Leave Calculation.
Liaise with Auditors/Tax Consultants/Corporate Secretary.
Maintain Fixed Assets record, and develop HR strategies to align with business objectives.
Manage Recruitment/C&B administration including developing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Oversee performance appraisal system, and manage work pass administration.
Coordinate hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and gov surveys submission.
Support administrative operations and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent.
Certification in ISCA & Human Resources with 5 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infor ERP is preferred.
