Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional for dual roles in Human Resources and Billing. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and handle billing while ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Qualifications

Job description

Human Resources Responsibilities :
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Address employee queries and coordinate grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Billing and Accounts Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain billing records and reconcile accounts.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and resolve billing issues.
  • Work closely with the accounts department for payment processing.
  • Generate financial reports related to billing and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and invoicing standards (e.g., GST).
Required Skills and Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or billing/accounts roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and statutory compliances.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
