  • Any other duties assigned by the HR manager.

Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and reliableHR cum Administration Assistant / Executive.They will undertake both the Human Resources role and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Provide HR & general administration support

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled HR reports

· Arranging travel, Visas and accommodation (for local and overseas staff)

· Assist on all day to day HR duties including the application / renewal of Work permits

· Update of new hires details and maintain staff personnel file

· Maintain and submisison of staff attendance records (including Overtime), medical & leaves records and accommodation records

· Carry out effectively on staff’s onboarding / offboarding processes

· Procure or renewal of Medical Insurance with the agency

· Sourcing of accomodations for overseas staff in supporting local projects

· Develop and maintain proper filing system and work instructions

· Adhere to MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines at all times

· Replenish of the office supplies where necessary

· Any other duties as assigned by the HR manager

Requirement:

· At least Higher NITEC/Diploma

· Working area: Woodlands unless otherwise will be deployed to other project sites as and when is needed

  • Ethical Standards: Upholding ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters and employee relations.

  • Languages: Spoken and written in English and Chinese is essential.
