Responsibilities:
- Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, memorandum
- Support the formulation and improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system
- Serve as the primary contact for all employee queries and HR-related matters
- Update the Leave record
- Support learning and development programs
- Full knowledge in handling MOM work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation, transfer)
- Submission of IR21, IR8A, Yearly Income Tax Assessment
- Process Government-paid leave application/claims, NS Claim, Levy Claim, materity Claim etc
- Submission of all government grants
- Recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs
- Planning and coordination of company events (Annual Dinner, teambuilding, overseas trip)
- Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programme (Health check-up programme, sports activity)
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Any other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in Construction
- Knowledgeable about the Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
