Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, memorandum
  • Support the formulation and improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system
  • Serve as the primary contact for all employee queries and HR-related matters
  • Update the Leave record
  • Support learning and development programs
  • Full knowledge in handling MOM work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation, transfer)
  • Submission of IR21, IR8A, Yearly Income Tax Assessment
  • Process Government-paid leave application/claims, NS Claim, Levy Claim, materity Claim etc
  • Submission of all government grants
  • Recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs
  • Planning and coordination of company events (Annual Dinner, teambuilding, overseas trip)
  • Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programme (Health check-up programme, sports activity)
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Any other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Construction
  • Knowledgeable about the Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
