A leading company in wholesale fine fragrances and cosmetics is seeking an HR cum Admin Manager. The successful candidate will manage payroll processes, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. With a focus on both administrative duties and support for staff, this position offers an important role in company operations. The role is based in Tampines West with a competitive salary range based on experience.

Job description

Our client is a company dealing in wholesale of fine fragrances, cosmetics products. They have an immediate requirement for a HR cum admin Manager.

The right person should be able to perform HR duties like handling of office n warehouse staff , their attendance and payroll etc , hiring staff for company. And other admin related work

  • Resolve employee payroll and benefit inquiries
  • Manage employee payroll and time
  • Maintain various human resources, employment and benefits related files
  • Processing all employee new hire paperwork
  • Communicate company human resources policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee confidentiality with all employee information/files
  • Maintain records for use in employee benefits administration
  • Assisting with new employee orientation
  • Perform various payroll audits to ensure payroll is
  • Facilitate new employee hiring process
  • Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees
  • Assist with all aspects of payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Maintain employee database and employment records
  • Serve as an employee resource for all employee benefit related issues
  • Provide guidance to management staff relating to human resources administration and employee relations
  • Attend scheduled employee training and employee meetings
  • Implement policies and procedures for human resources
  • Assist employees with explanation of payroll and benefits questions

Office location is Tampines West

Work week : 5 days

Salary range : $3500-5000 pm depending on the experience
