Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Alternate Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to handle payroll, employee benefits, work pass renewals, and ensure government compliance. You will be the backbone of our HR and admin operations—managing records, supporting audits, engaging employees, organizing events, overseeing procurement, and assisting with insurance and admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll, benefits, leave, and medical claims

  • Manage work pass renewals, handle grievances, and assist with repatriation

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (work passes, CPF submissions)

  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and support audits

  • Boost employee engagement and morale

  • Coordinate company events and staff recognition programs

  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships

  • ️ Handle insurance renewals and government subsidy applications

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
