A growing start-up in heavy equipment distribution is seeking an HR cum Admin Executive to manage HR functions and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating sales operations and handling regulatory submissions, requiring strong coordination skills and familiarity with Singapore systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR or administration, with knowledge of LTA COE processes being a significant advantage.
We are growing start-up company in the heavy equipment distribution, looking for a HR cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing HR and general administrative tasks. The role involves supporting sales operations, and handling authority submissions such as COE bidding and regulatory applications. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Singapore government systems.
Human Resource Support:
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with MOM and PDPA regulations.
Administer statutory submissions: CPF, IR8A, NS declarations, and other government-related filings.
Coordinate staff welfare, training logistics, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring alignment with Singapore labour laws.
Administrative Support:
Assist in drafting quotations for sales of heavy equipment.
Prepare standard sales and service contracts.
Submit COE bidding applications through ONE.MOTORING (LTA) portal.
Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents (e.g., vehicle approval, importation licenses, etc.).
Keep up to date with relevant government regulations and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min 3 years of relevant experience in HR or Admin, preferably in automotive or construction industry.
Knowledge of LTA COE bidding and submission processes is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF, and IRAS compliance.
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently in a start-up environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRMS or ERP systems is a plus.
