Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Directors.

  • Handling full spectrum of HR matters

  • Compose and edit letters, memos, documents, emails and ensure follow up with those that require answers, response and written replies.

  • Manage staff attendance (Opensoft), leave, cohesion activity and employee engagement programmes.

  • Manage the corporate insurance to ensure valid coverage.

  • Monitor and renew company certification with government bodies.

  • Attend and respond to government workforce survey and other initiatives.

  • Coordinate on ISO45001 audits.

  • Manage the Company events, activities and other corporate affairs matters.

  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF, IRAS submission. Apply for government grant etc.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' / 'N' Level / Diploma.

  2. At least 2 years working experience in handling Commercial Business issues with a fast-paced environment.

  3. Experience working with HRM System.

  4. Proficient in MS office - Microsoft Word and Excel.

  5. Good interpersonal & communication skills to handle all levels of staff.

  6. Resourceful, proactive and initiative.

  7. Good team building and positive mindset.

  8. Meticulous in details and good analytical skills.

  9. Bilingual with Excellent command in spoken & written English.
