Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, transfer, take messages, and direct them to the relevant department.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., typing, printing, filing, mailing, and courier services).

  • Manage the renewal, application, and follow-up of insurance policies, work permits, and certifications.

  • Assist with staff attendance records and HR-related purchases.

  • Maintain staff leave records and personal information.

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, advertisements, and interviews.

  • Assist with company functions, employee welfare, events, and ISO & GMP-related support.

  • Coordinate new employee orientation, PC access, training, and annual check-ups and employment matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in HR functions.

  • Experience with Infotech systems and a strong understanding of employment and labor laws and regulations is an advantage.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of multi-tasking, working independently, and being meticulous in assigned tasks.

  • Singaporean Only.
