Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, transfer, take messages, and direct them to the relevant department.
Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., typing, printing, filing, mailing, and courier services).
Manage the renewal, application, and follow-up of insurance policies, work permits, and certifications.
Assist with staff attendance records and HR-related purchases.
Maintain staff leave records and personal information.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, advertisements, and interviews.
Assist with company functions, employee welfare, events, and ISO & GMP-related support.
Coordinate new employee orientation, PC access, training, and annual check-ups and employment matters.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience in HR functions.
Experience with Infotech systems and a strong understanding of employment and labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of multi-tasking, working independently, and being meticulous in assigned tasks.
